Questions will be asked during land survey
Before the land survey starting in Bihar from August 20, the government has prepared a list of 177 things, which will provide complete information about the land. Whether the land is government or private, cultivable or barren, all this will be recorded in the survey. Secretary of Revenue and Land Reforms Department Jai Singh has given complete information in this matter.
Land owners will have to bring these documents with them
They have to clearly mark the boundaries of their land and fill the land details in Form 2 and submit it to the camp office. Along with this, they have to submit documents like details of Jamabandi number, photocopy of Malguzari receipt, copy of Khatian (if available), death date/copy of death certificate of deceased Jamabandi Raiyat, heir certificate, genealogy form 3 (I), form 7 and LPM.
What will grandfather or great grandfather plant in the land
If your land is in the name of your grandfather or great grandfather very old like if it is before 1985 or 2000 then you must get the land deed and genealogy made so that you do not face any problem regarding the land in future.
All these documents have to be shown to the special surveyor i.e. Amin, after which your land will be surveyed. The process of land survey is about to end in many districts of Bihar and is about to begin in many districts. Each block is being surveyed at different times. All the villages in a block will be surveyed at one time. If it has not yet started in your district, it will soon start in your district as well.
If there is any land on which cases are going on, then such land will be surveyed as per the court order, that is, the party in whose favour the court order is, will be given the land and the survey will be done.
Land survey started from 20 August
The process of land survey in all the more than 45 thousand villages of the state is going to start from August 20. In this, they will be categorized on the basis of structures present on the land or its current physical form. For this, a special list related to 177 different specifications has been prepared.
